Reschedules and Cancellations:
Training dates are scheduled 2-weeks to 12 months in advance and confirmed by invoice and phone or email at least twice prior to scheduled training date(s). We understand schedules can change; in the event a class must be cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks of the scheduled date, a fee of $150 will be charged per class. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled with in 48 hours of the scheduled date, a fee of $350 will be charged per class.
Refund Policy:
To receive a full credit or refund, requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to class date(s). Requests for refunds or credits within two weeks of class date(s) will be issued CPR Training Center, Inc. in-house credit towards future training date(s) and are subject to cancellation fees. Credits are valid for two years from date of issue. All credit card refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
